While filling the form of IITH mtech, it asked me to give my BE - obtained marks or GP / total marks or GP . What should I fill here, total marks I got in all semester / total marks of 8 semester or the CGPA written on my provisional degree which is calculated on the basis of marks of last two sem?

Use any of the documents like be your BE marks obtained or total marks or Grade Point with other documents you should submit with the application form and you should fill up any of the documents in the prescribed column of the application form. In my view it will be better to use theGrade point in the respective application form whenever you fill up the application form of IITH M tech course
