Improvement exams are for students who have passed but are not satisfied with their marks and are willing to take the exams again.
Students simply need to prepare for theory exam, as their practical marks will be added in the improvement exam results. If the candidate has failed in practical, he/she need to appear for both theory and practical exam, irrespective of the fact that he/she has already cleared the theory examination.
But your practical exam is not conducted again, its marks remains the same . So you don't need to worry about this.
CBSE Improvement Exam can be taken in one or more subjects in the succeeding year only after passing the subject in Class XII. The examination would take place in the following year.
