while I applying for jossa counseling I get college in second round but the college is not near to me.if I eligible for applying csab counseling after not accept the college in jossa counseling.

Dear student,
If you got allotted any seat in josaa round counselling then you can accept it or you cannot accept it, that totally depends on you.
Now as you said that the college is not near you so I think that you would leave your jossa allotted seat.
Now if you want to participate in CSab round counselling then yes you can surely participate in it. Because for participating in csab you can leave your seat from josaa counselling or if you got allotted a seat in josaa counselling and if you not accept it then also you can participate in csab counselling as you are eligible for it.
So rest assured, if you got allotted seat in josaa counselling then you will definitely get a seat in Csab counselling too.
