Already the counselling sessions have completed and if you haven't submitted that form then it doesn't count but take help from officials in the counselling center. It may help you.

Coming to your question actually whatever you have filled the details in your application form that only counts for your admission there is no chance for any readjusting in providing the proofs....

So I think u are registered as general category guy..but better just ask the officials in the counciling center whether there is a chance to shift....if so you are lucky enough....
