while registration for neet pg 2020 I didn't opt for army college , can I opt it while counseling ?

As per your query let me tell you that no you cannot opt for army colleges while counselling as that cannot be done. The counselling for round 1 would happen according to your first round preference and if you want to opt for army college then you need to give it in your options for round 2.
