Login to JEE Advanced portal and find some way to access your application. If there is no way to edit your application, kindly write to or call JEE Advanced authority. You will find all the email-ids and phone number in this link : https://jeeadv.nic.in/jeeadvapp/contactus.aspx

Choose the correct zonal IIT and inform them your issue. They will certainly help you out of the problem. Think positive. All the best.
