while selecting university in option form do we have to select a particular university or there is a option known as ALL?

You are given a choice of some colleges that you have to choose as per your preference and also while keeping in mind your score/performance.
There is usually a limited number of colleges you can choose,so you do not have a choice to choose all the colleges
