First of all, you should have uploaded the correct photograph and now as there seem to be no chances of changing it in any particular way what you can do is call the NTA authorities and ask for some help and clarification on the matter.

Also, I would like to make you aware of the fact that if the photo is found invalid by the authorities you will be asked to change it, anyway. So, if you don't get any request of uploading a new photograph it is completely fine.

Dear Mahesh, Candidates will be notified about the issues/ errors/ discrepancy in their scanned image and signature through an SMS and e-mail, if there is any. Only those candidates should reupload the correct images only if they have received such SMS or email. Keep an eye for any such notification from the authorities. If you haven't received any, then you are good to go.
