Hi.

The books that are usually followed by students depends on the college of their admission, as each college has its own syllabus and curriculum set for the students depending on the year. However, you can refer to these book for CSE:

  • Handbook of Data Structures and Applications by Dinesh P. Mehta, Sartaj Sahni
  • Computational Thinking for the Modern Problem Solver by David Riley, Kenny A. Hunt
  • Logic, Mathematics, and Computer Science Modern Foundations with Practical Applications by Yves Nievergelt

FOR IT:

  • Scientific Research in Information Systems (A Beginner's Guide) by Jan Racker
  • ITIL for Beginners (The Complete Beginner's Guide to Itil by ClydeBank Technology
  • Open Source for the Enterprise (Managing risks, raping rewards) by Dan Woods, Gautam Guliani

I hope this helps.

Good Luck
