who are eligible for mop up round? if i enter choice3 in first round i am eligible to mop up round or not

Mop up round is for those Candidates who have not registered for Round 1 or Round 2 or those Candidates who have registered and not been allotted any seat. Choice 3 is nothing but that you are stating that you are not allotted with the seat allotted but wish to participate in the next round with the same options that you have entered. Here you are surrendering your seat and also re-ordering the entered options. If I allowted 10th option college after choice 3 they will upgrade seat other than that or they consider that seat also for next round
