Mop up round is for those Candidates who have not registered for Round 1 or Round 2 or those Candidates who have registered and not been allotted any seat. Choice 3 is nothing but that you are stating that you are not allotted with the seat allotted but wish to participate in the next round with the same options that you have entered. Here you are surrendering your seat and also re-ordering the entered options.
