Yes, only those candidate can participate in Mop Up round who didn't get the seat for MBBS or BDS. If you already got the seat then you are not eligible for this. And also you can not upgrade the college or course during this round.

I do not get any college in 1,2 & 3 round .
Have any chances in mop up round with 496 marks & 1769 sml. ur category. Now upto round 3rd cut off is 1719 for male & 1749 for female in MH
