Who are eligible to write this exam(from other states )?

Karnataka CET Exam is conducted every year.Karnataka common entrance exam is a state level exam that offers admission in various government and private colleges in the state of Karnataka. Through KCET, candidates can secure admission in various professional courses. KCET application 2019 will be made available online by KEA from the month of February to March 2019. Those candidates want to get admission in the field of Architecture, Engineering, Pharmacy, Ayurveda, Homoeopathy, candidates appearing for KCET are advised to check the eligibility criteria before applying. Various parameters like citizenship, qualifying examination, qualifying marks, domicile, subject combination, category, etc have to be fulfilled to meet the requirements of the KCET eligibility criteria 2019.eligib lity criteria of KCET says that candidate should have studied and passed in one or more government recognized educational institutions located in the karnataka for a minimum period of 7 years this criteria hence forth limmits candidates from other states

And i think there is quota named as horanadu and gadinadu quota which is for the students who didn't studied in karnataka of minimum 7 years. but there will be some conditions
- there will be kanada language test
- mother language should be kanada
- either one of the parent should be domiciled in karnataka.
