Candidates seeking admission to the three-year LLB programme offered at the University of Delhi must hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a University established by an Act of Parliament or by a State legislature or an equivalent national institution recognised as a deemed to be University or foreign University recognised as equivalent to the status of an Indian University by the competent authority.
General category candidates must hold a Graduate or Post-Graduate Degree from the Delhi University or any other Indian or Foreign University recognized as equivalent by DU with a minimum of 50% marks (45% marks for OBC, 40% marks for SC/ ST category candidates) or an equivalent grade point in the aggregate in either of them.
Relaxation of 5% marks in the minimum eligibility prescribed for general category candidates will be allowed to widows/ wards of ex-servicemen as prescribed and wards of serving personnel (CW) category who are in receipt of Gallantry awards and relaxation of up to 5% marks in the minimum eligibility will be allowed to candidates who belong to physically handicapped (PH) category.
