Hi Raja,
Pharmacy colleges and even all other colleges gets affiliation from any university which provides the affiliation to colleges.
Accreditation to every college is given by National Assessment and Accreditation Council(NAAC).
Approval to every college is given by University Grants Commission(UGC).
