No you can't do diploma and class 11th at the same time.
As per the university rules you cannot enroll yourself for more than one qualification examinations at the same time.

You cannot do two full-time courses together. So, one has to be in full-time and other in distance mode.
It is also not easy to concentrate on both. It is better you concentrate and excel in just one.
