Taking about your point of which is better Banaras hindu university or Au. In my opinion I would suggest you to go with Banaras hindu university.  See, the reason for choosing this course is because of its placement and better teaching environment.  Banaras hindu university is itself very good so the course offered here has very good impact on students.
