who is considered as a local student in telengana and for eamcet seats? I studied in Hyderabad, telangana from 7th class till intermediate 2nd year i .e 12th. Am i a local student ?

Candidates who have Resided Or studied in an educational institute of Telangana or Andhra Pradesh for a period of at least four years consecutively up to their qualifying exam will be considered under the local Quota.
So yes, you qualify under this category because you studied in Telangana from grade 7th to 12th.
