Who is eligible to take the judiciary exam?

For lower judiciary services, a degree in LLB is required. The age limit criteria for most states require the candidate to be in the 21- 35 years age group. The candidate applying for the exam must either be enrolled as an advocate or eligible to enrol as an advocate under the Advocates’ Act1961.
For higher judicial services, candidates must be graduates in law, other and they must have the minimum number of litigating practise years of experience.
