Who is not eligible for kcet mbbs option entry 2018?

aspirants who are willing to apply for the kcet exam must obey all the eligibility conditions issued by the authority. if the candidate donot satisfy all the KCET eligibility conditions they are not permitted to for the exams.
the eligibility for kcet is:
# ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:
1. candidate must have completed 12th grade or intermediate or any equivalent examination form the recognized board of university
2. aspirants must have mathematics and physics as a compulsory subject
3. applicants should have english as one of their languages
4.candidate needs to score minimum 45% marks in the exam
5.candidates who belong to ST/SC/OBC cast can have 40% marks to apply for KCET.
6.candidates who have completed their examination are waiting for their results are also eligible to attempt KCET exam 2018.
#OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
1.candidate must be a citizen of India
2.aspirants must have completed their studies in karnataka government or recognisez institutions for a minimum period of seven years from class 1 to class 12.
3.atleast one of the parent of aspiring candidate must have completed their studies in karnataka state of a minimum period of seven years.
4.applicants mother tongue should be kannada, tulu ,kodava , and should be the resident of kannada speaking area in India.
