Delhi University as a whole has many good colleges in both North and South campus. But North campus is more renowned and preferred by the students because the colleges here have more NAAC ratings.

It is save to say that Shri Ram College of Commerce is the best college of Delhi University where the cut offs are as high as 98% and generally the seats are filled within two cut offs for the general category. Since you have mentioned that your score is only 70% and assuming that you belong to the general category, so I am sorry to say that getting the admission in SRCC is impossible with this score. But don't worry there are many other colleges where you can easily get the admission.

Delhi University North Campus is considered Best. And Shri Ram college of Commerce is the top college of DU for B.com (//B.com) Hons course. However, the cut off for SRCC admission in B.com (//B.com) Hons course is high and is around 98 % for general category. So if you have 70% and belongs to general category, then I am really sorry to say that its very difficult for you to get admission in Delhi University for B.com (//B.com) hons.
