Archimedes (287 BC-212 BC) is rewarded as father of Mathematics for his notable contribution in the field of Mathematics and Science. He established relationship between cylinders and spheres. He is Engineer, Physicist, Astronomer, Inventor, Mathematician, scientist etc.

Srinivasa Ramanujan FRS (1887 - 1920) is known as father of Mathematics in India because of his contributions such as elliptical integrals, Riemann series etc. He is Indian Mathematician. He is awarded as Fellow of Royal Society. The word Mathematics is derived from the Greek word called as “mathema” and its meaning is knowledge.
