Hi Ashutosh Pandey
According to some news papers there will be a new body ( NTS-National Testing Service ) which in the process of formation for now which will be handed over the entire responsibility of conducting all common entrance exams like JEE, NEET , NET, CTET etc.
This process is still pending and requires approval, but according to the ongoing activities seems like CBSE will shift over the responsibility to NTS from next year. And if it happens, NTA is planning to conduct exam twice a year for giving ample opportunities to aspirants.
So this year, most probably, CBSE gonna conduct NEET.
NTS will then become the largest test conducting body all over India.
Hope this answer Helps.

Hello Ashutosh Pandey,
Hope your doing good!
As per a statement made by the Union HRD Minister Prakash Javadekar on November 10, 2017, the Union Cabinet has approved the creation of a National Testing Agency (NTA) which is intended to be the sole authority to conduct national-level entrance examinations to various educational institutions.
The idea is to reduce the burden on the CBSE and the AICTE as well as introduce more reliability and standardisation into the exam conducting process.
One of the exams which will be transferred to the NTA is NEET.
However, you must note that only the Cabinet approval has been received so far and it may still take some time for the body to start functioning. The admissions for NEET 2018 are expected to begin from January 2018 onwards. So with less than 1 month remaining, it is likely that NEET 2018 will be conducted by the CBSE itself and the NTA may take over from 2019 onwards.
Hope this helps.
And hope this answers your question.
Thank you.
