Hello!!
The EWS certificate is certificate produced to claim the reservation under Economically Weaker Sections.
The applicant name should be the student's name who needs the EWS certificate for admission process followed by the parents name .
The application format is :
---(name of student requiring EWS certificate) son /daughter of __(parents name )

Hoo it helps.

Hello Nandita

Every detail in the EWS Form  should be yours, each  and income certificate ofcourse needs to be under your father's name . If your father's income is less then you can get your EWS certificate made and after then only you can be eligible for EWS category admission in any college .

Hope this helps you
