When the application form filling is done fully, then you will get a page at last like confirmation page. Just press Ctrl+P, you will get format for printing it. Select the printer and click on print.

If you want the print out of any application then look for it in that particular website. If you get pdf or doc file of the application, then there must be a download option, download it and get the print out from your PC or from any other PC. Most applications these days on the internet have download option through which you can download it to your local computer.
