why 15% AIQ is not there for state pvt colleges for MBBS - which will help students who does not belong to any state?

All India Quota seats (15%) are only in Government colleges. The private colleges have state quota seats, Management quota seats & NRI Seats. The other state students can apply for the private colleges Management quota seats but the admission criteria also varies state to state.
