Why 3X is written in practical marks column for English and Maths in 12th cbse result (session 2019-20) for students who gave improvement exams

In fact it may be said there is no practical Examination for maths and English in CBSE improvement examination system so so in the respective column they mention 3x
to denote that there is no need of practical Examination in the subject of maths and English in CBSE improvement examination
