Why a few colleges have three choice codes for the same branch one is for tfws but other two have endings 10 and 20

greetings,
the difference in the course can be due to different shifts i.e morning and evening shift. there may be a possibility of one of them being part time or distance course.
pls call the admissions department of the university or visit the campus if possible to collect finer details about the difference in codes f the same course.
