Hi
Actually, BSC students can also appear for neet, but the eligibility will be considered depending upon his 12th qualification and not bsc Qualification as neet is an examination on 10+2 qualification.
To be eligible for neet, you should have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got:-
at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category
at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st category
at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.
Now,
You belong to general category and
Your aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology is
= 45 % i. e less than 50% so you are not eligible for neet 2021 examination .
And it doesn't matter even if you have got 80% in your BSc PCB as 12th qualification is what considered and even if you challenge it in the court then you may not win as Neet information brochure clearly mentions that 10 + 2 qualification will be considered and moreover it is not like that someone is taking your right you are just not able to fulfil their criteria and thus not eligible
