Why after filling Application Form of NALCO is not getting submitted at Portal

There may be some Technical error involved init. Sometimes t may happen if there is some sort of Error from the server side, So in that, we would advise You to not to try again and again but wait for some time so that error may be resolved. This kind of errors is common where there is more load then the capacity of the servers.
