Aiims delhi is the premeire institution which is situated in new delhi and it provides its own degree and conducts its separate entrance exam for various courses.
While bjmc ahmedabad,is a medical college which is run by the state government, and it admita the student for mbbs course through the marks and rank obtained in neet ug..
Moreover the seat of mbbs is very less as compared to bjmc ahmedabad, which increases the tough competition between candidates..

BJMC is the number one institute of Gujarat in medicine . It is one of the largest civil hospital in india. It has good infrastructure and patient exposure.
