Why all Vit students doesn't placed except management quota students...
I disagree. This is not correct information. What you should understand is that students must clear rounds of tests before getting to the final interview. Are you saying that all management quota students clear all of these interviews and the others dont? Not true and I know this for a fact. I know a lot of people who studied in VIT. Everyone is given a good chance. Then it is upto the students to make their mark in the tests, interviews and get the placement. When any college says that we have 100% placement, I would like to see the total number of students, the packages and the job profiles. The number of students who study at these institutes are also less so a comparison is not really ideal. This year I know that Amazon, Paypal, HSBC, Phillips and a lot of MNCs along with good Indian companies visited VIT. I also know some who have been placed here. So the image you have is not correct. Also rankings are not just placements. It is an overall picture of a lot of factors like infrastructure, faculty, research etc.
