Why are they threatening to cancel the admissions of the people who have done 12th by private course.

Firstly, I dont think this would be right to comment without knowing all the fact.
Please let me know which university are you talking about.
This is not possible as if your 12th is carried out by a recognised board, no university can cancel or reject your admission.
