Why can't I get into choice locking option in neet counselling ug 2019 website What can I do?

Hope You are doing well!
Well dear,when the lock option is open you can edit your choices that is add or remove any choice,if you are unable o lock the choices then as the choice filling period expires the choices will automatically get locked.
