You have to make the payment through an SBI MOPS Gateway to register for the CSAB counselling. If you cannot make the payment through a card, here are some alternative options you can try - 

• Net Banking - Through SBI or other associate banks
• SBI Branch

Don't forget to save the receipt or take a printout for future purposes.
