Since Sciences as a subject has been developed over the years around the world, many technical terms do not have a exact or similar meaning word in languages other than English. Hence English is the preferred language to conduct engineering courses. However there is news that Madhya Pradesh's Atal Bihari Vajpayee Hindi Viswavidyala has started Engineering course in Hindi medium for Electrical, Mechanical and Electrical streams this academic season ie., 2017 onwards.

Hello Kuldeep, this trend is specifically followed in our country where the engineering colleges teaches you complete syllabus in English but if you see the countries like China then they have their complete syllabus and courses in the Chinese language so it depends from country to country.

This may be due to that fact because many of the engineering graduates wants to go to the other countries for the job and their the need for the English language is a must.
