If you want to study MBBS, BDS, BAMS, Homeo, Unani and other Ayush Courses or even Veterinary Courses, NEET is the only entrance examination. Today we have almost 85000 MBBS seats and every year, atleast 10 lakhs students apply for NEET. And the ratio of competition is 1:11. Which means, for every 1 seat, there are almost 11 students competing. This shows the cut throat competition. One wrong answer will take away 1 mark and that 1 mark can cost you a couple of ranks in the merit list there by costing you a seat. This is why students opt for Coaching for high profile entrance examinations like NEET. But if you think you can prepare on your own you can do it as well. Because 98% of the questions are from NCERT, if you thoroughly read NCERT, you can score good. But also you have to practise mock tests.
