If your query is about the NEET UG application form, candidates are advised to take a print out of the application form and preserve it for future reference.
Generation of confirmation page is an indicator that the application form of NEET 2019 has been successfully submitted.
You must preserve print out of the confirmation page and proof of payment of application fee till the time of admission. However, if you have the confirmation page only then you must retain it till admission.
