Following below are the reasons why we have different levels of governments in India:

• There are several issues that India has to look globally such as defence deals, international trades, transports, security management, defining country's budget which is necessary at the national level does it leads to the formation of of Central Government which exercises its duty across the whole country.
• Now India is a used country with people speaking different languages and shearing different cultures so it is necessary to have different provinces so that they could look after all the important activities such as agriculture, marriages, budgets, jobs etc. Thus it leads to formation of state government which looks after such matters within its boundaries
• Local government or gram Panchayat is an important part of this system as majority of India's population live in villages and do not have Direct access to to big cities and authorities so to solve their problems at local level this form of Government was introduced.
