why does it mean "affix a recent photograph photo and get signed by principle in APICET application...present i am in degree final year and 6th semester exams are not conducted due to covid19

affix means you have attach a recent passport size photo in the application form and have to signed it by college principle. principle would signed above the photo with the stamp. apart from this you have to fill the following details in the application form,

SSC or equivalent Marks
Minority community Status

Annual Parental Income
Correspondence Address
Intermediate degree
Recent photograph of the candidate (in jpg file format and the size of the file should be less than 30 KB)
Signature of the candidate (in jpg format and the size of this file should be less than 15 KB)
