DU is late because of the elections .

So you have to wait till the elections are over and result is declared.

DU will be starting the admission procedure from 21may for PG and 23 may for UG.

The admission process was likely to be started from may 1 but due to lok sabha elections and deceleration of results of the elections the admission process will start from 21 may for PG and from 23 may for UG courses. You should have to wait till the results of election declares. The application form will be out after the elections.
