Why ews rank is Lessthan General rank in some colleges in ap eamcet counselling 2020?

Hi, it does not depend upon the cut-off. Colleges release their cut-off by sharing the last admitted student's rank. So, if it happens that the number of students in ews category is less and have had good score, the chances are that the rank will show lesser than General rank. Hope this helps.
