why fee structure of. rajah muthaiah medical College is soo high ,even if it is government college pg/ug

It was a private university initially established back in 1985 and then in 2013, it was taken back by government. However it has kept charging the same fees as a private university does. And over 600 students have been continuously appealing and protesting for the same but to no avail.
