Haryana Government increased the fees for GMCs from 50,000Rs per annum to 10 lakhs and so Indian Medical Association has filed a PIL in the court.That might be one of the reasons.  You can check the fees structure at: http://dmerharyana.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/corrigendum.pdf.  And the registration for online admission is slated to start today.
