Why I see the message "fee submission is over for round 1" in upsee counselling process?

Yes, i understood your query that it shows that fee submission is over dor round 1 and you had you registered on 26 june
See the proceas of seat allotment and fee is done step by step with given important datea.
Tou had registered yourself at 26th june so you miss the round 1 as you donot selected for round 1 and the fee payment period is between the 26th june to 2nd july for those qho had registered themselves before round 1 or before 26th june.
So dont be panic you still had a chance there are more rounds yet to come.
