Why isn't ews quota being applied in aiims 2019 ug?

Hello student,
Central Government of India has announced about the reservation for economically weaker class students in this year only. Till now NTA has adhered to the guidelines and has given reservation for EWS students starting from this year only.
Most probably AIIMS is expected to to begin with such seat matrix from next year.
