why isn't the BSNL JTO mass recruitment having any impact on ccmt 2017 cutoffs ?

There is no connection in both so why would this impact on CCMT cut off. Also, CCMT is for M.Tech admissions at the NITs, IIITs and GFTIS while BSNL is the recruitment. I can see no connection between the two cutoffs. pls elaborate your query
