Hello aspirant,
Since you have not mention of the university/ entrance exam for which you are checking results out it is difficult to tell you the problem but if the window is not opening there are chances your result has not been declared or sometimes server does not work properly due to clashes in the portal so just wait for moment and try after sometime.
