Why judiciary is important for the beneficial of the country?

Independence of Judiciary is important because it maintains checks and balance. Imagine this if government of India tomorrow makes a law which inevitably restricts your right.Then you can sue the government in court of law. Court , after hearing arguments will come to conclusion that yes this law restricts your rights and hence is void.
Thus , if judiciary is not independent then all other 2 organs will try to make absurd law for eg 66a of IT act.
