Hello neha,

We know that maths is a vast subject. It has numerous topics to be learnt. It is very difficult to study maths as one single part. Also it is much difficult to study and attend the maths exam in a single day. To avoid this, the state boards divided into two parts as Maths A and Maths B. So that it makes easy to study and perform well in exams.

Hope this helps you.
